    Not every job requires permits or inspections. Some remodeling projects will require permits if the structure is changing. The owner shall obtain all licenses and permits necessary for the proper completion of the work. We will determine the permits needed and guide you through the process.   • What is your service area?

    We provide carpet, hardwood, and laminate installation services to all of Washington state.
  • What are your payment terms?

    Our payment terms are very straightforward. It is a clean 1/2 deposit before materials are ordered and the job is on schedule. Then the remaining balance is paid upon completion of the work.     Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all labor for flooring installation services. Our products are warrantied via their respective manufacturers.

    Our crew will typically arrive at 8-9 am for flooring installation, and they will work until about 5-6 pm. These times are basic guidelines and may vary from job to job
